Job summary
E-CRUIT TEAM PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced network engineer to design, configure, deploy and maintain multi-vendor network and system solutions based on customer needs.
You will provide onsite and remote support, liaise with vendors, and assist with tender submissions and PoC testing. The role requires a Diploma in IT/CS/Cybersecurity, at least 5 years of deployment and support experience, CCNA or equivalent, and familiarity with ManageEngine tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years deploying and supporting multi-vendor network infrastructure.
- Diploma in IT/CS/Cybersecurity or equivalent.
- CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, deploy, and maintain network and system solutions per customer needs.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Support tender submissions with technical proposals, solution designs, compliance docs, BOM reviews, and PoC testing.
- Evaluate and test new technologies and products for potential solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and test reports.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
