Job summary

Qualcomm is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for RF360 Singapore to plan and manage WIP, resources, and line activities to ensure continuous operations and on-time delivery. You will lead line management, coordinate production schedules, and drive high-quality output while minimizing scraps in a high-volume electronics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in high volume production of electronics components in an MNC or semi-conductor industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experienced with computer systems and MS Power Point, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze the WIP, resources and activities in ensuring line continuity.
• Coordinate with planner in production schedule to maximize the line utilization.
• Implement effective work methodologies to ensure consistently high-quality output and productivity.
• Drive together with Engineers in minimizing scraps and mishandling in the line.
• Establish cross-training plans and proper certifications and re-certifications for respective team.
• Responsible in managing the shift manpower and achieving the turnover target.
• Compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standard and cleanroom protocol.
