• Develop and own equipment maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Collaborate with process owners to manage projects reducing defects.
• Act as the liaison between facilities, vendor reps, and shift personnel.
• Interact with process owners and tool vendors for performance improvements.
• Write reports summarizing equipment availability improvements.
