Job summary

STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily output, quality, productivity and yield targets.

You will conduct daily pass-downs, manage manpower and materials, ensure safety procedures, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement across the fab while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Science/Production.
• Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) as assigned by manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily production output, quality, productivity and yield.
• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and address line issues.
• Oversee manpower/overtime and consumables planning.
• Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are followed.
• Coach/leads training to improve performance.
• Implement ideas to prevent human errors and improve processes.
• Maintain discipline and housekeeping on the line.
• Coordinate with other departments for projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance.
