Job summary

Wanco Manpower Pte Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a client semiconductor manufacturer in Singapore for a production supervisor role based in East Singapore. You will supervise line leaders and operators, coordinate resources and drive improvements to meet daily output, quality and yield targets.

You will plan manpower, oversee shift handovers, address issues promptly and mentor team members to lift performance while ensuring compliance with safety and manufacturing procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or related field.
• Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage production priorities and resolve operational issues.

• Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets.
• Conduct shift handover meetings, address production issues and elevate concerns promptly.

Our client is an established semiconductor manufacturer in Singapore, producing high-purity silicon wafers used in semiconductor chip manufacturing. Below position is open urgently.

• Employment Type: Permanent role

About the Role:
