Job summary

Frencken Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Singapore to monitor and improve production performance across assembly and testing modules. You will provide hands-on technical support, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and work on layouts, processes, and tooling to drive productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• SolidWorks knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structure.
• Able to read mechanical drawings with basic GD&T understanding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve production performance including yield, FPY, scrap, and rework.
• Provide hands-on technical support to resolve assembly and testing issues on production modules.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions (8D) for production and quality issues.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production layouts, assembly processes, and workstations.
