Beecruit Pte Ltd is partnering with a leading precision manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Engineer supporting high-precision CNC machining operations for the medical device industry. You will develop, verify and optimise Esprit and CamWorks programs for Swiss-type CNC components, perform machine setups, drive process improvements, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent advanced machining qualification).
• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience with Swiss-type CNC automatic lathes in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, machining processes, tooling selection and process optimisation.
• Experience with Esprit and CamWorks is highly preferred.
• Exposure to 5-axis machining or CAM programming is advantageous.
• Familiar with technical drawings, GD&T and precision machining practices.
• Experience with ERP systems, BOM creation and manufacturing routings is an advantage.
• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working closely with production teams on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Develop, verify and optimise Esprit and CamWorks programs for Swiss-type CNC components.
• Perform machine setup, parameter optimisation and first-article inspections to ensure production readiness.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity, quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Participate in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews to improve manufacturability, cost effectiveness and production yield.
• Create and maintain product BOMs and manufacturing routings within ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot machining issues including dimensional variation, tooling performance, surface finish and cycle time optimisation.
• Support quality initiatives through FMEA, Control Plans and SPC activities.
• Maintain process documentation, FAIRs and SOPs while supporting new product introduction (NPI) projects.
