Job summary

RN CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a manufacturing engineer responsible for creating manufacturing processes from raw materials to parts shipment. The ideal candidate will develop new processes, create CNC programs, and support continuous improvement projects.

Applicants should have a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in precision engineering. Knowledge of special processes like Heat Treatment and Brazing is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years’ experience in precision engineering in Manufacturing Environment.
• Competent with CAD software.
• Experience with special processes like Heat Treatment and Brazing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create manufacturing process sequence from raw materials to finished parts shipment.
• Develop new processes and create/update work instructions as per engineering specifications.
• Create CNC code/program for machining and design toolings, fixtures, and gauges.
• Conduct pre-production pilot runs and provide training for associates.
• Provide technical support to achieve quality requirements.

Job Description:

• Responsible for creating manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials till finished parts shipment.
• In Charge of developing new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Responsible for creating CNC code/program for machining as well as designing toolings, fixtures and gauges.
• In charge of creating special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding etc.
• Responsible for conducting pre-production pilot run and training for associates.
• Provide technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements.
• Responsible in liaising with OEM on product requirements, process qualifications and technology development.
• Support continuous improvement projects and Request for Quote (RFQ) proposal development and process

Requirement

• Min Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical/Material Engineering
• Min 3 years’ experience in precision engineering in Manufacturing Environment with competent with CAD software;
• Experience in special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding will be advantage
