Job summary

RN CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified professional in Singapore to manage supplier quality and project transfers in the Metal Machining industry. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Precision Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, overseeing quality, delivery performance, and supplier assessments.

This role involves auditing suppliers, implementing improvements, and ensuring timely delivery while also requiring overseas travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Metal Machining industry focusing on Supplier Quality/Audit.
• Experience in managing supplier assessment processes.
• Willingness to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

• Audit and assess suppliers' suitability for our needs.
• Manage project transfers efficiently.
• Implement improvement programs and balance supplier capacity.
• Oversee FA Inspection for casting and machining services.
• Manage foundry quality and delivery performance.
• Handle non-conformance parts follow-up.
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.

Job description

Responsibilities

• In Charge of auditing and assessing the suitability of suppliers
• Responsible for initiating and managing project transfer
• Responsible for guiding and implementing improvement programs as well as negotiating and balancing capacity among suppliers
• Responsible for FA Inspection of casting and machining services
• In Charge of managing the foundries which include quality and delivery performance
• In charge of handling the non-conformance parts follow up
• Responsible for checking and monitoring suppliers to ensure delivery

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Precision Engineering or relevant
• Min 5 years of experience in Metal Machining industry with experience in Supplier Quality/ Audit
• Oversea travelling is required
