Job summary

RN CARE PTE. LTD. located in Singapore is looking for a qualified engineer to manage and improve manufacturing processes. The role involves developing manufacturing sequences, creating CNC programs, and conducting pilot runs, ensuring technical support to production units.

Candidates must possess a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aeronautical, or Material Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of special processes like Heat Treatment and Welding are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in precision engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CAD software.
• Experience in special processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create manufacturing process sequences from raw materials to shipment.
• Develop new processes and update work instructions according to engineering specifications.
• Create CNC codes for machining and design fixtures.
• Conduct pre-production pilot runs and provide training.

Job Description:

• Responsible for creating manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials till finished parts shipment.
• In Charge of developing new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Responsible for creating CNC code/program for machining as well as designing toolings, fixtures and gauges.
• In charge of creating special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding etc.
• Responsible for conducting pre-production pilot run and training for associates.
• Provide technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements.
• Responsible in liaising with OEM on product requirements, process qualifications and technology development.
• Support continuous improvement projects and Request for Quote (RFQ) proposal development and process

Requirement

• Min Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical/Material Engineering
• Min 3 years’ experience in precision engineering in Manufacturing Environment with competent with CAD software;
• Experience in special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding will be advantage
