Job summary

MIEUX PTE LTD seeks a manufacturing/process engineer to optimize production, drive lean improvements, and support new product introduction. You will monitor schedules, analyze data, and collaborate with production, maintenance and quality teams for timely delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 1–3 years’ experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus, Singapore-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/process engineering role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on daily/weekly production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production floor.
• Work with production, maintenance, and quality teams to identify root causes of problems.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), including process setup and validation.
• Improve process flow using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Assist in equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports, data analysis, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with suppliers or vendors on technical matters if needed.
