Job summary

Advanced Substrate Technologies Pte Ltd (AST) in Singapore seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to operate and optimize laser and automated inspection equipment in a cleanroom environment.

You will perform setup, maintenance, quality inspections, and data recording while driving process improvements and automation initiatives in a fully onsite facility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline; equivalent experience also considered.
• Experience in a manufacturing, automation, semiconductor, or electronics environment is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and manufacturing/production systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to hazardous materials handling or safety certifications is an advantage.
