Job summary

KLA-TENCOR (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer to analyze manufacturing processes, read drawings, understand BOMs, and work with precision inspection equipment.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, ability to develop test benches, understand electro-mechanical assemblies, and strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills. Semiconductor equipment experience is preferred; teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to develop test benches to diagnose stage technical issues and diagnose system failures
• Understanding of electro-mechanical assemblies in high-precision defect inspection equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills to support technical issues and experiments
• Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing is preferred
• Team player with good writing and verbal communication skills

• Experience in semiconductor equipment industry /manufacturing is preferred.
