Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned manufacturing professional to establish production schedules, ensure on-time order fulfilment, and maintain SOPs for operational consistency.

The role involves planning resource allocation, coordinating with cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives, and driving safety and talent development within the production floor. A Diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Precision Engineering and 5 years of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Precision Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry with experience in Manufacturing Process.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement production schedules and targets to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• Develop, review and maintain departmental SOPs for operational consistency and compliance.
• Plan, allocate and manage operational manpower for optimal resource utilization and smooth production operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to plan and implement operational improvement programmes focusing on quality, cost efficiency and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
• Advise management on manufacturing operations, performance and results, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive risk assessment processes, promote safe work practices, ensure team competency and enforce safety compliance.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including team training and development, and maintain skills matrices.

• In charge of establishing and implementing production schedules and targets to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• Responsible in developing, reviewing and maintaining departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
• In charge of planning, allocating and managing operational manpower to ensure optimal resource utilization and smooth production operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to plan and implement operational improvement programmes focusing on quality, cost efficiency and overall productivity
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes, productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
• Advise management on manufacturing operations, performance and results, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions where necessary.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety requirements by driving Risk Assessment (RA)processes, promoting safe work practices, ensuring team members' competency, and enforcing safety compliance. Manage internal safety observations and audit programmes
• Drive talent management initiatives, including team training and development, and maintain employees' skills matrices to ensure workforce competency
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
