Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure targets are met, and drive cost efficiency. You will plan schedules, allocate manpower, monitor quality, and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or related field and at least 2 years in manufacturing or engineering. You must be able to work the afternoon shift from 2pm to 11pm, uphold safety standards, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, production efficiency, quality control and safety requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
• Aligned with an afternoon shift (2pm–11pm).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure targets, quality standards and cost efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, manpower allocation and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal audits.
• Supervise, train and develop production team members and maintain competency matrices.
• Monitor production performance, prepare operations reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, production processes and standards.
