SOITEC MICROELECTRONICS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Improvement professional to lead optimization programs, workflow enhancements, and equipment throughput improvements.

The role focuses on reducing scrap and non-conformances while improving cost effectiveness, with emphasis on maintaining accurate records and performance reports for modules and line operations. You will compile shift line performance reports, review module-related events, and develop SOPs to ensure documented

Formación

• Degree or diploma with relevant experience as listed in the qualifications.
• Experience minimum as stated in the education section; proficiency in documentation and reporting desired.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office; SQL knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production improvement programs and workflow enhancements.
• Improve equipment throughput and overall efficiency.
• Analyze scrap, non-conformity and manpower issues; propose countermeasures.
• Maintain records and submit performance reports for modules and line performance.
• Develop and follow SOPs and documentation to improve operational efficiency.

Job scope

Production Improvement

• Production improvement programs for area of responsibility including
• Workflow improvement(including ergonomics)
• Equipment throughput improvement + efficiency improvement
• Investigate ways to reduce scrap, non conformity and manpower ineffectiveness
• Improve manufacturing operations in terms of cost effectiveness

in order to increase production efficiency and ensure delivery schedules are met

Records & Reports

• Compile and submit module performance reports
• Review documentation on all module related events and activities

in order to ensure records are updated and maintained for future reference

Documentation & Standard Operating Procedures

• Compile and submit shiftly line performance report in order to comply with policies and ensure proper documentation for future reference and improve operational efficiency

Quality Management

• Analyse product and condition of equipment and process flow
• Identify problems and propose countermeasures
• Implement and follow up on improvements activities in order to maintain quality standard and prevent non-conformance products

• Basic computer skills preferably in MS office. Advantagous to have basic cleanroom knowledge. Knowledge in SQL will be advantageous
