Job summary

ORIENTAL EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a team of line leaders and operators in meeting daily output, quality and yield targets at our Singapore facility.

You will coordinate shift schedules, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and housekeeping, and collaborate with other departments on projects and maintenance.

The role requires willingness to work night or split shifts and to assist with overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily production output, quality, productivity and yield.
• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalate line issues.
• Oversee manpower/overtime and consumables planning.
• Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are followed.
• Train and coach leaders and operators to improve performance.
• Implement ideas and improvement activities to prevent human errors.
• Maintain discipline and housekeeping on the line.
• Coordinate with other departments to support projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance.
• Willing to work night and split shifts.
• Willing to work extra hours or weekends if needed.
