Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cost analysis or manufacturing finance experience.
• Experience with standard costing, BOMs, material and labor costs.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI; SAP experience helpful.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyse manufacturing costs across raw materials, labour, and overheads to improve cost visibility and profitability.
• Monitor actual costs against standard costs, budgets, and forecasts; investigate variances.
• Maintain product costing structures, including BOMs, labour rates, overhead allocations, and standard cost updates.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to understand cost drivers and drive efficiency.
• Support production budgeting, cost forecasting, and inventory analysis.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and management reports on cost performance and variances.
• Provide cost estimates and profitability analyses for new products with R&D and other stakeholders.
• Review supplier quotations and cost references for price and cost comparisons.
