Job summary

KINGFISHER RECRUITMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Financial Analyst to support cost management across our manufacturing operations, with focus on BOM and standard costing.

You will analyse manufacturing costs across materials, labor and overhead, assist budgeting and forecasting, and develop Power BI dashboards to enhance cost visibility and drive operational decisions. The role requires 3–5 years in cost analysis or manufacturing finance, strong Excel and BI skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of cost analysis or manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong costing knowledge including BOM, material costs, labour costs, overhead allocations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, inventory analysis and management reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; SAP or ERP experience is a plus.
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and R&D.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse manufacturing costs across materials, labour, and overhead to improve profitability.
• Monitor variances against standard costs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain costing structures including BOMs and standard cost updates.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and supply chain to identify cost drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory analysis.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and management reports on cost performance.
