Stripe is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Greater China team in Singapore. You will engage with prospects, qualify leads, and build a high-quality sales pipeline. The role involves prospecting into enterprises across the Greater China region and collaboration with Marketing and Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Mandarin Chinese and English fluency required for working with Greater China customers.
• Track record of top performance or strong sales aptitude.
• Willingness to work in Singapore office three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Research and create outreach materials for high-value prospects in partnership with SDRs and AEs.
• Follow up Marketing-generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities and schedule meetings.
• Execute outbound sales plays created by Marketing.
• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or marketing inquiries.
• Develop relationships to identify needs and prepare hand-offs to sales.
• Follow up with prospects who expressed interest but did not initially convert.
• Maintain CRM activity and assist weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.
• Prospect into enterprises across Greater China region using various tools.
