Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the Greater China (GCN) team based in Singapore. You will qualify leads, build a high-quality sales pipeline, and partner with Demand Generation and Account Executives to articulate Stripe's value in complex scenarios.

You will begin in the Sales Development Associate program to accelerate onboarding, then progress through the Sales Development Academy. You will help design outreach, perform prospecting, and drive growth across APAC.

Qualifications

• A track record of top performance or prior success.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who can operate in a hyper-growth environment.
• Requires in-office participation three days per week in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Research and create outreach materials for high-value prospects, in partnership with SDRs and AEs.
• Follow up with Marketing-generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities and arrange meetings.
• Execute outbound sales plays created by Marketing.
• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or outreach via Marketing.
• Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs and qualify interest.
• Follow up with interested prospects to convert to sales opportunities.
• Maintain CRM updates and support weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.
• Prospect into enterprises across the APAC region using multiple outreach methods.
