Job summary

Stripe is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Greater China team in APAC. You will qualify leads, build a high‑quality sales pipeline, and partner with Demand Gen and Account Executives to accelerate Stripe’s growth across diverse industries.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. You’ll engage early‑stage prospects, speak to business value, and contribute to scalable outreach.

Qualifications

• Top performance track record or proven success.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.
• Self‑starter able to thrive in a hyper‑growth environment.
• Role requires in‑office participation three days per week in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Research and create outreach materials for high‑value prospects in partnership with SDRs and AEs.
• Follow up with Marketing‑generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities and arrange meetings.
• Execute outbound sales plays created by Marketing.
• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling or inquiries from Marketing.
• Develop relationships to uncover needs and hand off to sales when ready.
• Maintain lead lists and update CRM, supporting weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.
• Prospect into enterprises across APAC using various tools and methods.
