Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Greater China region, based in Singapore. This full-time, onsite role involves engaging with large and innovative companies, qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Mandarin Chinese and English fluency required.
Experience in fast-growth environments preferred.
In-office attendance required at Singapore office three days per week.

Responsibilities

Research and create outreach materials for high-value prospects in partnership with SDRs and AEs.
Follow up with Marketing-generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities and arrange meetings.
Execute outbound sales plays created by Marketing.
Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or inquiries generated by Marketing.
Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs and qualify interest for hand-off to sales.
Follow up with interested leads that did not initially convert to sales.
Maintain CRM records, update activity, and support weekly reporting.
Collaborate with Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.
Prospect into APAC enterprises using various tools and outreach methods.
