Cross Border Talents in Singapore is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Branch Sales Advisor to join a leading banking organisation. The role is customer-facing in a branch environment, focusing on understanding financial needs and recommending suitable products, including insurance and investment options.

The ideal candidate will be confident, commercially minded, and capable of meeting monthly sales KPIs. Fluent Mandarin and English are required; prior sales or banking experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin and Fluent English required.
• Experience in sales, banking, financial services, insurance, investment, retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Work from the branch and proactively approach new and existing customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their financial goals, needs, and circumstances.
• Provide tailored financial solutions, including insurance and investment products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct outbound calls to leads provided by the bank.
• Process new customer applications and policy/product changes accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers and identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Achieve and work towards monthly sales KPIs and targets.
• Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

About the Role

We are looking for Mandarin-speaking Branch Sales Advisors to join a leading banking organisation in Singapore.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin is required, as you will be serving Chinese-speaking customers.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, banking, financial services, insurance, investment, retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Candidates must be able to work in Singapore.
