Job summary

PRYON INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Accounts Executive to independently manage full accounting functions and support daily financial operations in Singapore.

You will ensure accurate reporting and maintain internal controls across AP, AR, GL and financial statements. The role requires hands-on experience with GST in Singapore, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and excellent Mandarin communication for daily coordination with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance (or related)
• Hands-on experience handling full set of accounts independently
• Excellent Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) in professional coordination with Chinese-speaking colleagues and counterparts

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently (AP, AR, GL) and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing incl. journal entries
• Perform bank reconciliations and fixed asset reconciliations
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and liaise with auditors, tax agents and authorities
• Monitor customer collections and supplier payments; provide financial insights to management
• Communicate in Mandarin with Chinese-speaking colleagues on daily accounting matters
