Job summary

Pryon International is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to independently manage the full spectrum of company accounts, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support daily accounting and administrative operations.

The role requires handling AP/AR/GL, month-end close, and financial statements, with a strong emphasis on Mandarin communication with Chinese-speaking colleagues and counterparts. GST compliance, banking liaison, and internal controls are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Excellent Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with full set of accounts independently.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST and financial close processes.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly statements, budgets, forecasts and close processes.
• Perform month-, quarter-, and year-end closing including journal entries.
• Handle bank reconciliations and fixed asset reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and authorities as required.
• Monitor collections and supplier payments; provide financial insights.
