The Managing Director, Private Wealth Management is a senior advisory and business development role for an accomplished client adviser or relationship manager with an established, fee-based client base. This individual will join LEO Wealth to grow a practice supported by the firm’s comprehensive wealth management and multi-family office capabilities, including investments, tax planning and preparation, estate and cross-border planning, insurance, and related advisory services.
This role is responsible for leading and growing a private wealth management practice, including winning and serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and delivering coordinated, holistic advice. The Managing Director will help clients align their investment portfolios with their values, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives, while integrating tax considerations, estate planning priorities, legal protections, and risk management into a cohesive strategy. The role also includes leading client relationship teams, setting business development priorities, and upholding the highest standards of fiduciary care and regulatory compliance.
Day-to-day, the Managing Director will lead client and prospect meetings, develop personalized wealth strategies, and coordinate closely with internal investment, tax, insurance, and planning specialists to deliver advice that is specific to each client’s needs. The role requires ongoing attention to portfolio structure, planning opportunities, and cross-border considerations, as well as proactive relationship management and business development. The Managing Director will also contribute to the firm’s regional growth, mentor team members, and represent LEO Wealth in professional and networking settings.
