Job summary

Upay Technology Development is seeking a senior leader to oversee the moving and transportation business, driving growth and profitability. You will manage P&L, lead cross-functional teams, and cultivate key client and partner relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost controls.

The role requires strategic planning, multi-site operations experience, and a proven ability to implement actionable plans in a fast-paced market.

3.Manage full P&L and deliver on annual revenue and profitability targets

4.Lead, mentor and develop cross-functional frontline and back-office management teams

5.Maintain strategic relationships with key clients, vendors and industry partners

6.Ensure full compliance with transportation regulations and workplace safety standards

7.Oversee company budget allocation and implement cost control across all departments

8.Identify operational inefficiencies and roll out continuous improvement initiatives

9.Lead business development activities to acquire new residential and commercial clients

10.Report business performance to ownership/board and align with corporate objectives

Job Requiments:

1.Minimum 5+ years of senior management experience in moving/transportation/logistics

2.Proven track record of driving consistent revenue growth and profitability improvement

3.In-depth knowledge of regional transportation regulations and safety compliance rules

4.Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in full P&L and budget management

5.Excellent leadership, communication and cross-stakeholder negotiation skills

6.Proven ability to develop and execute actionable strategic business plans

7.Prior experience managing multi-site service operations is strongly preferred

8.Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making in fast-paced environments

9.Proficiency in transportation management software and common office tools

10.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to local/regional operational sites
