Job summary

Lasertec Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a Managing Director to lead the company in Singapore, develop and execute business plans, and drive sustained growth in the semiconductor inspection sector.

The MD will manage finances, forecast revenue, and oversee leaders across functions while ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external partners. A proven track record in leadership and data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management/administration/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in related field with at least 5 in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Japanese, written and spoken, to communicate with counterparts in Japan.
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to lead complex organizations.
• Excellent leadership, communications and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and develop a team.

We are currently seeking someone to hold the leadership position of Managing Director for the Company.

In this role, your responsibilities are to:
