Core Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Create and launch business plans that meet long-term goals set by the board of directors.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily business activities, workflows, and resource allocation across departments.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, revenue, and financial performance to keep the company profitable.
Board Reporting: Update the board of directors on company progress, market shifts, and major risks.
External Representation: Act as the public face and chief spokesperson for the company with clients, media, and partners.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor senior managers and build a strong company culture
