• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financial performance for profitability.
• Maintain design creativity, innovation, and quality; review concepts to align with vision and client expectations.
• Establish and nurture client relationships to ensure exceptional satisfaction.
• Oversee relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely procurement.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest workmanship standard.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as scope changes, budget overruns, and delays.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to apply relevant innovations.

Business Development:

Design Excellence:

Maintain a strong focus on design creativity,innovation and quality. Review and approvedesign concepts to ensure they align withthe company's vision and clientexpectations.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture strong relationshipswith clients, addressing their needs,concerns, and feedback to ensureexceptional customer satisfaction.

Supply Chain and Vendor Management:

Oversee relationships with suppliers,contractors, and subcontractors to ensuretimely procurement of materials andservices.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality controlprocesses throughout the design andconstruction phases to ensure the higheststandard of workmanship

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential project risks,such as scope changes, budget overruns,and scheduling delays.
