Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Company's overall marketing and business strategies for PR, marketing and brand consultancy services.
• Lead the development of marketing strategies, brand positioning and market entry strategies to strengthen market presence and drive growth.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and craft effective marketing strategies.
• Oversee integrated marketing and communications strategies including PR, branding, digital marketing, advertising and content development.
• Provide strategic direction on planning and execution of marketing campaigns, corporate videos and events to meet client objectives.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners, delivering marketing and brand solutions aligned with business goals.
• Lead business development and international market expansion by identifying new clients, markets and partnerships.
• Develop management teams to execute marketing strategies and business plans effectively.
• Monitor performance, evaluate initiatives and recommend improvements to achieve objectives.
• Advise the Board on market developments, opportunities and long-term growth, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Company's overall marketing and business strategies for public relations, marketing and brand consultancy services.
• Lead the development of marketing strategies, brand positioning and market entry strategies to strengthen the Company's market presence and support business growth.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitive landscapes to identify new market opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
• Develop and oversee integrated marketing and communications strategies, including public relations, branding, digital marketing, advertising and content development.
• Provide strategic direction on the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, advertising projects, corporate videos and event videos to achieve clients' communication and marketing objectives.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and business partners and provide marketing and brand consultancy solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Lead the Company's business development and international market expansion initiatives by identifying new clients, markets and strategic partnerships.
• Lead and develop management and professional teams to effectively execute the Company's marketing strategies and business plans.
• Monitor marketing and business performance, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements to achieve the Company's objectives.
• Provide strategic advice to the Board on market developments, marketing opportunities, business performance and long-term growth, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, Management or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with substantial experience in marketing strategy, brand management, business development and senior management.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing and brand strategies, including market expansion and positioning.
• Experience in integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, public relations and client marketing consultancy.
• Experience in strategic operations, client relationship management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
• Experience in international marketing, technology-enabled marketing solutions or digital transformation would be advantageous.
