Job summary

Cloudmate Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Managing Director to steer the company’s strategic direction, operations, and growth across the region. This hands-on leadership role requires building scalable governance, running day-to-day operations, and driving commercial expansion with key accounts and strategic partnerships.

The MD will own end-to-end projects, optimize processes, manage budgets and P&L, and lead a local team while negotiating with platform partners and suppliers to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Management experience at senior level.
• Experience in managerial, project leadership, or business development roles.
• Background in key account management, client relationship development, or business growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and operational risk management.
• Strong project management and day-to-day operations leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the company's overall business strategy and growth plans.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage operational matters across the organisation.
• Establish and lead process optimisation and SOPs to improve efficiency across teams.
• Own key projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Drive development of key accounts and major clients, including relationship building and long-term growth.
• Govern relationships with platform partners, vendors, and suppliers, including commercial terms and performance.
• Ensure company compliance with regulatory, statutory, and governance requirements.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and full P&L accountability.
• Oversee all company projects, ensuring direction aligns with business goals.
• Build and manage the local team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Represent the company in key business negotiations and strategic partnerships.

This is a hands-on senior leadership role for an executive who can build and run the operational and governance systems of a scaling services business while driving commercial expansion across the region.
