Job summary

ResMed (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (MY) in Singapore seeks an experienced warehouse operations lead to drive readiness, optimize 3PL partnerships and ensure seamless system integrations across the supply chain.

You will coordinate processes, manage UAT, support go-live, and collaborate with IT, Operations and external providers to stabilize and continuously improve warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across Operations, IT, Engineering and providers.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting warehouse system implementations, 3PL integrations or business change initiatives.
• Experience developing business requirements, process mapping and operational documentation.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational validation and readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse operational readiness by developing processes, SOPs, training plans and change management activities.
• Ensure successful integration of new and existing 3PL providers by validating processes, interfaces and workflows.
• Support warehouse network optimization, including start-ups, transitions, automation deployments and system enhancements.
• Represent warehousing in requirements gathering for 3PL implementations and systems integrations.
• Lead UAT and readiness activities, with go-live support for warehouse systems and 3PL integrations.
• Monitor post go-live performance, drive issue resolution and stabilize operations with providers.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers as the primary warehouse contact.

Let's talk about Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse operational readiness by developing business processes, SOPs, training plans and change management activities to support successful implementation and adoption.
• Ensure successful operational integration of new and existing 3PL providers by validating warehouse processes, system interfaces, operational workflows and business requirements.
• Support warehouse network optimization initiatives, including new warehouse start-ups, 3PL transitions, automation deployments and warehouse system enhancements.
• Represent warehousing in business requirement gathering for new 3PL implementations, warehouse network changes and systems integrations, partnering with Operations, IT, Industrial Engineering and Project teams.
• Represent warehousing business validation activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational readiness assessments, business sign-off and go-live support for warehouse systems and 3PL integrations.
• Monitor post go-live performance of warehouse systems and 3PL operations, driving issue resolution, process refinement and operational stabilization in partnership with Operations and external providers.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers, acting as the primary warehouse contact for systems, integration and operational business processes.

Required:

• Experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing and distribution environment; an operational leader with systems experience.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across Operations, IT, Engineering and external logistics providers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting warehouse system implementations, 3PL integrations or business change initiatives.
• Experience developing business requirements, process mapping and operational documentation.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational validation and business readiness activities.

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Exposure to warehouse automation technologies (ASRS, AMRs, WCS).
• Experience implementing or transitioning third-party logistics (3PL) operations or warehouse network changes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience within a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or Electronics).
