Job summary

The Ministry of Defence of Singapore invites applications for a role focused on planning and implementing a comprehensive training curriculum. You will analyse operational requirements to identify training needs, design and develop training solutions, and implement and evaluate them to ensure effectiveness.

You will work closely with internal and external agencies to drive the Training Institute's learning pedagogy and transformation, ensuring programs align with national defence objectives.

Qualifications

• Education in Training, Design, Learning or Development related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Cybersecurity certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, GCIH, etc.). Applicants with no experience may apply.
• Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
