Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a Training Curriculum Planner to lead the planning and implementation of the training curriculum for the Training Institute. You will analyse operational requirements to identify training needs and design, develop, implement, and evaluate training solutions.

You will ensure the currency of existing training materials and collaborate with internal and external agencies to advance the Institute's pedagogy and transformation.

Qualifications

• Education in Learning and Development or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience in designing training curriculum and bite-sized content materials such as videos, slides, and infographics is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
