Job summary

MINDEF Singapore is seeking a Training Curriculum Planner to lead the planning and implementation of the Training Institute's curriculum. You will analyse operational training needs, design and develop training solutions, and implement and evaluate programmes to ensure relevance and impact.

Qualifications

• Education in Learning and Development or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in designing training curriculum and bite-sized content (videos, slides, infographics) preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to conceptualise and develop training solutions.

You are responsible for planning and implementation of the training curriculum for the Training Institute.

What you will be working on:

• Analyse operational requirements to identify training needs
• Design and develop training solutions
• Implement and evaluate training solutions
• Ensure currency of existing training materials
• Challenge(s)- Work closely with internal and external agencies to drive the Training Institute's training and learning pedagogy and transformation

What we are looking for:

• Education in Learning and Development or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Experience in designing training curriculum and bite-sized content materials such as videos, slides, and infographics is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
