PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to strengthen our security framework and ensure compliance with data protection laws. You will lead security initiatives and promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily monitoring of security tools, identifying and escalating potential threats in collaboration with IT teams.
Coordinate incident response efforts, ensuring the timely resolution of vulnerabilities and incidents.
Manage penetration tests and conduct annual cybersecurity assessments, documenting findings and ensuring remediation.
Develop and maintain IT security policies and procedures; support teams in addressing identified security gaps.
Lead preparations for Cyber Trust Mark Certification and similar external audits, ensuring organizational readiness.
Conduct monthly phishing simulations and quarterly security awareness training to foster a cyber-aware culture.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and collaborate with relevant officers on privacy audits and risk assessments.
Lead and manage key security projects, including the implementation of new tools and vendor security evaluations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
Expertise in security monitoring and incident response, including threat detection and security tools management.
Experience in vulnerability management and conducting security assessments, including penetration testing.
Strong understanding of data protection laws and experience in supporting compliance initiatives.
Proven ability to develop and enforce security policies, and prepare for audits and certifications.
Demonstrated capability to lead security projects and effectively communicate security risks to stakeholders.
