Our client is an established organisation in the general insurance industry, focused on strengthening its business operations through transformation, process optimisation and digital innovation.

They are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Business Transformation & PMO to drive project governance, support business transformation initiatives and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in business analysis, PMO and project management, who is keen to drive meaningful improvements across the organisation.

Requirements

• Approximately 5-12 years of relevant experience in PMO, project management or business transformation.
• Prior experience in the general insurance industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of business processes, with experience translating business requirements into solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Hands-on experience in PMO functions, including project governance, progress tracking, risk management and stakeholder reporting.
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in business process improvement, digital transformation or technology implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technology teams.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is essential
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, Power Platform or IT service management platforms would be advantageous.
