Job summary

PEC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Quality/Internal Auditor to develop, implement and maintain OHSEQS systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. You will conduct internal and vendor audits, analyze nonconformities and drive corrective actions.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Quality Management or a related field, ISO 9001 internal auditor certification, and at least 2 years of relevant experience; proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint is preferred.

Qualifications

• Data analysis using statistical tools is part of the duties.
• Internal 1st party and Vendor 2nd party audits are conducted.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience in quality/audit field.
• MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis using statistical tools.
• Co-ordinate & conduct Internal 1st party and Vendor 2nd party Audits.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry Standards, Specifications and Companys Policies and Procedures.
• Identify nonconformity and define corrective action plan.
• Verify process and their compliance to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 4501 elements during Internal and Vendor Audits.
• Analyze methods & practices and verify proper documentation exists.
• Report all findings in a clear and timely manner.
• Identify potential risks and implement preventive actions / areas for improvement.
• Monitor in-process quality trends.
• Generate and standardize quality report.
• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
• Assist in co-ordination of management review meeting.
• Monitoring of departmental KPIs.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualification & Experience Generally Required

1. Degree / Diploma in Quality Management or any Engineering related discipline.

2. Possesses ISO 9001 internal auditor certification.

3. Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis RCA.

4. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control SPC is preferred.

5. Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 4501 is preferred.

6. 2 years of relevant experience in related field.

7. Computer literate MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint preferred.
