Skills and Workforce Development Agency in Singapore seeks an Administrative and Operational Support professional within the Industry Development Division 1 (IDD1) to back CET centres and programmes, including data handling and course processing. The role reports to a Team Lead and involves coordinating communications, records, and scheduling.
You should have 1–3 years in a data-centric environment, be analytical, meticulous, and proactive, with strong written and digital literacy.
The Industry Development Division 1 (IDD1) is part of the Training Partners Group in SWDA which aims to build a robust and high quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem through strategic partnerships and management of CET providers, and engagement of enterprises in skills development.
Specifically, IDD1 is responsible for: Supports account management, administrative, and operational delivery for CET centres, SkillsFuture QueenBee, Programme Partner and provides coordinated backend and selected course processing support to ensure continuity of operations during periods of increased workload. This job role reports to a Team Lead in the division.
