Job summary

FairPrice Group in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Real Estate to drive our real estate strategy for store expansion. You will identify, evaluate and secure premium locations, and manage lease portfolios to support growth.

The role requires strong negotiation, financial acumen and stakeholder management with landlords, agents and internal teams to deliver timely openings and renovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field.
• Min 5 years of relevant real estate experience in retail or related industries.
• Proven track record of successful lease negotiation and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of retail real estate market trends and industry best practices.
• Prior experience in change management and process improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial projections and metrics.

As the Manager, Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our real estate strategy for

our business expansion in Singapore, aligned with the overall FPG objectives and growth plans.

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven real estate professional with deep knowledge in

the real estate landscape in the retail or food and beverages industry. In this role, you will be

responsible for identifying, negotiating and managing the real estate portfolio, ensuring we

secure the most favorable locations and cost-efficient lease portfolio to achieve our business

objectives. The role involves prospecting, negotiating and building relationships with landlords

and other real estate agents to drive optimal outcomes for the organization and management of

various internal and external stakeholders.
