Job summary

Knight Frank Singapore Retail is seeking a Manager/Asst Manager to lead the retail team in delivering end-to-end real estate solutions for developers, landlords and retailers. You will drive occupancy, rents, and tenant mix while overseeing consultancy and planning tasks within a dynamic market.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in retail real estate, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate/Estate Management or equivalent.
• Currently an existing salesperson or eligible to be registered as a salesperson with CEA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Motivated, mature team player who can collaborate.
• Innovative and resourceful with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve project objectives such as occupancy, budget rent, and tenant mix.
• May perform retail consultancy and planning tasks.
• Arrange meetings with landlords and retailers/F&B operators.
• Represent landlords to secure suitable tenants for various retail properties.
• Represent retailers and F&B operators in expansion plans.
• Initiate or participate in marketing activities across channels.
• Manage lease negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Cultivate accounts and nurture client relationships.

About The Role

Manager / Asst Manager, Retail (Real Estate)

We are seeking real estate professionals with passion and drive to excel in the dynamic retail real estate industry to join our Retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve project objectives, such as occupancy, budget rent, trade & tenant mix, etc.


• May be assigned to carry out retail consultancy and planning works.


• Seek appointments for the team with landlords and retailers / F&B operators.


• Represent landlords to find suitable tenants for various types of retail properties.


• Represent retailers and F&B operators in their business expansion plans.


• Initiate or participate in marketing activities through various channels.


• Manage lease negotiations on behalf of clients.


• Cultivate accounts and foster relationship with clients

What We're Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Real Estate/Estate Management or equivalent


• Currently an existing salesperson or qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA


• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
