Job summary

The role involves coordinating ISO 9001 activities, maintaining QMS documentation, and supporting vendor assessments to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of service procedures and practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and full compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate departmental processes, SOPs, and work areas for adherence to QA standards, making necessary adjustments as required.
• Assess contractor compliance with organizational and regulatory quality standards through comprehensive inspections and audits.
• Prepare and analyze quality assessment reports to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and enhance service delivery.
• Identify operational faults and prioritize corrective actions based on severity and criticality of issues.
• Conduct internal QMS audits to ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality-related information.
• Ensure all departments adhere to the organization’s quality policies and standards.
• Verify document management and record-keeping practices comply with quality procedures, facilitating both internal and external audits.
• Oversee the effective management, qualification, and validation of equipment and systems.
• Ensure regular maintenance and updating of quality-related project documentation.
• Escalate complex issues affecting work products or service quality to the appropriate team members for resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement in production quality through CAPA plans implementation.
• Maintain and control master lists of all released QMS documents to ensure up-to-date documentation.
• Perform vendor quality assessments to advise on contract renewals, terminations, and new vendor selection.
• Plan and conduct regular internal inspections and audits in line with relevant procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
• To ensure all Work Instructions, SOPs, Legal Registers are reviewed timely by the respective process owners and updated on the intranet.
• Be the point of contact and in-charge of the ISO certifications including ISO 9001.
• Assist to coordinate the ISO training for all work premises to ensure the staff are competent during certification audits.
