The Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) is the regulatory and developmental agency for Singapore’s early childhood sector. Jointly overseen by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), ECDA supports the development of children below the age of seven across kindergartens and childcare centres.The Professional Development and Standards (PDS) Division develops Early Childhood (EC) and Early Intervention (EI) professionals and supports preschools in delivering holistic and inclusive care and education. It does so by setting quality standards and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.You will be part of the Professional Standards and Training (PST) Branch within PDS, which leads efforts to build a skilled and future-ready early childhood workforce.

The role also involves engaging stakeholders, using data to generate insights and support decision-making, reviewing business processes to leverage systems and technology, managing budgets, providing secretariat support, and undertaking other duties as assigned.
