Job summary

Qualifications

• A recognised tertiary qualification in any discipline.
• Experience or knowledge in workforce/professional development or training quality assurance is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, written communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Set and review standards for early childhood training programmes.
• Design training pathways to support workforce progression and career advancement.
• Assure the quality of training programmes delivered by training agencies.
• Engage stakeholders to attract and develop EC and EI professionals.
• Provide secretariat support and contribute to budget monitoring and process improvements.
