Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore seeks a forward-thinking professional to harness AI, automation and digital tech to transform financial work. You will identify opportunities, develop and operationalise digital solutions from problem identification to adoption and scale.

You will translate business needs into practical end-to-end processes, design and implement AI-enabled workflows, and lead cross-functional collaboration to monitor outcomes and drive value across Finance.

Qualifications

• Education in Computer Science/Information Systems/Data Science/Engineering or related field preferred.
• Master's in Data Science advantageous.
• Experience in AI, automation, digital solutions or process improvement preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM and automation tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, RPA or Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.

You play a key role in shaping the future of Finance by harnessing AI, automation and emerging digital technologies to transform how financial work is performed. You will identify opportunities within the Finance domain to develop and operationalise digital solutions — taking ideas from problem identification, experimentation and prototyping through to adoption and scale.

What We Are Looking For
