Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks a senior financial role focused on the Service's Operations budget. You will lead strategic funds allocation, prioritize resources, and act as a key liaison between ground units and HQ for finance matters.

The role drives multi-year planning and policy design to optimise performance. The successful candidate will manage diverse stakeholders, apply AI to improve capacity, and oversee audits while ensuring transparent reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Education in Accountancy, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant qualification and certifications is preferred.
• Prior experience in a financial management appointment is advantageous.
• Strong command of English.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applications is advantageous.

What we are looking for:
