Job summary

Singapore Association of Convention & Exhibition Organisers & Suppliers (SACEOS) invites a proactive Manager, Members Engagement & Events to shape the MICE landscape. You will lead flagship events like SMF, coordinate trade missions, and foster active member relationships.

You will plan, recruit, and retain members, administer membership records and fees, and deliver engaging Member Connect activities. The role demands strong execution, independent work, and excellent collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in member engagement, events or MICE.
• Strong operation and execution skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute flagship events and trade missions.
• Assist in post-event evaluation and reporting for SMF 2026.
• Manage inbound/outbound trade missions logistics and matchmaking.
• Develop strategies to recruit and retain members.
• Organise regular Member Connect activities and workshops.
• Administer membership fee collection and database management.
