Job summary

Far East Orchard Limited invites applications for a Corporate/Commercial Counsel role based in Singapore. You will provide strategic legal guidance to the listed entity and its regional group on acquisitions, disposals, JVs, private funds and new initiatives.

You will draft and negotiate diverse contracts, including term sheets, leases, SPAs, and development agreements. The position requires a Singapore/UK LLB with at least 4 years post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial work.

Qualifications

• LLB from Singapore or UK.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial work.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations governing listed companies and/or M&A is advantageous.
• Familiarity with real estate industry is advantageous.
• Independent, pro-active, able to multi-task, commercially minded.

Responsibilities
